Welcome to part 2! How did everyone do with setting goals and developing a training log? Starting a new regime and training plan can be encouraging. This week, I want to share some ways you can keep yourself going.
1. Implement the Buddy System. Find a compatible training partner or friend to train with. When you’re with ones you like and enjoy, it often makes time fly! Having someone to run with also provides accountability, builds friendships, and provides mutual motivation!
2. Surround yourself with Reminders. Sustaining motivation is key to achieving your potential—find something that keeps your motivations going! Once you find something that fires you up, surround yourself with it. Some examples can include: quotes, photos, books, magazines, and music.
